Hi, i am having issues getting the buzz player to work :-(

in live tv all the channels load but when i try and play i just get a spinning gold circle ?

in vod everything loads but when i try and play it says "stream is not available please try again later" ?

if i install smarters iptv or gse smart iptv on the buzz stick everything works fine in both of these apps

i have re set my router, re set the buzz stick this makes no difference

my provider say they are not blocking it

i have also tried running vpn just in case it is my isp blocking but this also makes no difference

is there anything else i can try ?

when in live tv menu configuration

use the back arrow on remote to stop spinning circle if needed

Tried default and secondary players, no difference ☹️

If connected to Wi-Fi and have dual Wi-Fi try switching to to 2.4 or vice versa it worked for had same problem
