June 15, 20206 yr While trying to set up my vidstick, the remote seems to be frozen. When I plug the vidstick, it does the usual stuff (buzz tv, etc) starts but then the screen goes straight to the Smarters app (with cursor on the first line flashing) that I was trying to set up. Nothing I do (take batteries out, unplug vidstick) works! The remote does nothing.
June 15, 20206 yr During the initial setup, did you go thru the 'Pairing' procedure to pair the remote with Bluetooth ?
