Hey everyone, Before i make a purchase, is anyone able to test Aspecta Cinema Player on this. Just want to see how well it does with the dynamic tone mapping. Theres a free 7 day trial. Just works as an external player to emby, jellyfin, etc. Or just open a file with. Last couple of nights I haven't been able to see the TV guide. When I hit guide on the buzz remote it kicks me to my server settings. I select the server and it shows it refreshing etc then goes to the guide, but no info. can't see any shows ahead or behind? Doesnt matter which server I use. same issue. I use the 3 line button on the remote to refresh and nothing changes. Goes back to single channel. Thoughts?

Well it is coming up on 2 years with, what I thought was going to be my dream machine. Well it didn't work out that way, and I will be moving in a different direction. I purchased a BuzzTV Classic and it works flawlessly. Same account, same provider. Catchup works, channel change works, basically everything just works. That doesn't seem like too much to ask of a TV box. I am not sure why you were not able to get the P6 working equally as well after almost 2 years, but you have not. Thanks for all the work though. Hi Everyone, My PS6 comes on, shows the P6 logo then just has a black screen, any recommendations? Oh and i'd love to give you the firmware info, but unfortunately it's a black screen, and i didn't pay that much attention. Thanks in advance Tony

I thought it would be great to have a place to report Bugs and if someone has a workaround, post that also. I will repost the Bugs I mentioned in another post, and the workarounds I was told, or found. If you find another Bug, please add it to this post and hopefully they will get addressed.

I have a Fire Tv set. Anything I plug in to one of the three HDMI ports can be controlled by my Fire TV remote including my Buzx TV U5 box. I have tried everything I can think of but am unable to control my Powerstation ? Any suggestions Thank you, Jeff

Here's another issue I am having with recording besides the end time not changing with P6. I go thru the process of recording a baseball game last night. I turned the box off and started it back up about an hour later, I like to do this with a well known streaming app that has Live TV channels so that I can skip over the commercials. I am able to watch the game from the beginning while the recording continues. I turned the box back on went to the recording to watch while I assumed that I could do the same thing and it stopped recording at the time I turned the Box back on?? what's up with that? I would think you shouldn't have to keep the box off to complete a recording.

I tried to do a recording last night on BuzzTv Powerstation 6 Unlimited and it kept failing. It couldn't see the internal storage or my WD NVME 2TB. I tried rebooting, I tried unseating the NVME no luck. The TV menu was also acting slow to go sideways. Any thoughts?

AVR interaction with the PS6 has been the subject (or side discussion) of several topics on this forum as well as other forums since the PS6 hit the market with some PS6 users unable to resolve their problems and either giving up on the PS6 or living with less than desirable situations. Hi, So I have a new P6 and am experiencing something I find strange. Every morning my tv is turned on automatically since the connection of the P6 Ultimate and have been unable to find any setting that controls this feature. So fare the only method to keep the tv powered off until required is to unplug the HDMI cable. Any ideas to fix would be appreciated. Frank

Timeshift no longer works on my Powerstation. I have performed a factory reset, uninstalled my ssd and still no timeshift. It was working great before the last update.

I just purchased my buzztv powerstation 6 and set it up. However, my tv screen constantly blinks. Sometimes this happens every 30 seconds or so and sometimes it blinks every couple of minutes. This issue has never occurred before with my tv and only started when using the buzztv device. I have done the following to fix this issue: 1.) unplugged and switched out the hdmi cord (tried 2 different hdmi cords), 2.) plugged the hdmi cord into a different hdmi outlet on the tv, 3.) unplugged the buzztv device and started it back up to restart the system. Upgraded from an older Samsung led tv to a new 83" LG C5, new 2.1 certified HDMI cables new LG S90TY Soundbar all new correct length network cables etc. For some reason when watching any content on the PS 6 after sometime 20 mins or so the LG screen goes blank and shortly indicates no signal, if I hit the middle round button on the BT 500 remote it comes back on and continues playing just fine. I have all power saving functions turned off on the TV and PS6. I think the default is set to Standby/Suspend. I would like to change to Shutdown if possible like on my X5, but I can't find a setting to select Shutdown ? Does anyone know how to change if it is possible ?

Considering a PS6 purchase, but saw several threads online that raised issues with it being plugged into an A/V receiver vs directly into TV (then using e.arc). I have a remote electronics cabinet with a 25' 8K HDMI cable running from my receiver to my LG OLED TV. All current video and audio devices (including 2 Android TV/Google TV boxes) are plugged into the receiver with HDMI-CEC enabled on all devices, and everything seems to work just fine. Aside from perseverating on the lack of support for certain audio and video codecs (features that are lost on me), ignoring the Power Station’s purposeful design as an IPTV player, as well as overlooking the plethora of admonitions about using Netflix, Disney+ and Plex on the Power Station, he does make a potentially useful observation that the last security update for the Power Station (according to him) was in August 2023. I am migrating my extended family from the Fire TV ecosystem and I am looking for a remote control somewhat analogous to the 16-button Fire TV remote, with perhaps an added feature or two, but definitely a far more simple remote than the basic 38-button remote that Buzz currently offers. Hi all, Just received my power station and getting things set up. while using the remote it seems to freeze and the red light stays constant. i have replaced the batteries and it keeps happening. i have to remove the batteries and it will start working aging but only for a few minutes and freeze again. Any recommendations?

My Buzz XR4500 suddenly stopped working. When I turn it on, it blinks a couple of times with the Buzz5 logo, and the screen goes black- continuous repetition with the same pattern. The power light always remains blue. If I press the standby power button on the remote, it won't respond.

Upgraded to the new firmware released and can't use disney+ now. Go to load it says it needs to update. Click on Update and only has option to open or cancel, and says it isn't compatible with my device. hey guys is anyone else having an issue with the google play store when I click on it it says this device is not connected to the Internet but I'm connected via ethernet and every other app is working just fine when I clear the data of the google play store it will start working again but only for a short period of time I've tried deleting my google account from my device and re-adding it and seeing if that works I've also tried clearing the cache and uninstalling the updates for the google play store none of those things make a difference and like I said the only thing that works is clearing the data of the app
