No it's not an option Last buzz box to have that option was the 3900 -

it would be nice if you posted info on what you have done as you have two issues for the freezing you should check the speed on the buzz not on your phone or tablet also have you tried another hdmi cable ? do your settings mach your tv?

maybe read the release notes c and p Please note, you will need to take this latest update in order to take the next upgrade to Buzz 5 which is currently available on the XRS 4900. We will release this to all Buzz models on Android 9 in December. An announcement will be made soon.
