Can I renumber my favorite channels on the essential E1+ like the X5? I have 2 X5 and I arranged the channels like I want them in favorites and checked user organized and they were all rearrange but can I do the same with this box because the server has lots of channels and the one I picked are all over the place thus the fact that I'm using favorites, I really don't have much use for European channels. After I changed the home screen I used the media player I can't find the settings button anymore to revert to the original I tried everything I can't find it. I read somewhere that on google you move to the right of the screen and it moves like a page but it's not all it does is open up chrome

When watching timeshift the video is lagging did try different players same issue. Going back to live TV after Time shift makes live TV very glitchy. I have an e2 box it works perfectly no issues. Could it be the video player ? Is E2 using different players?

How to keep the buzztv e1 box from freezing even while buffering

how do I do a hard reset on my e1. I do not see the reset.

I'm trying to record with this box and no matter which way I do it the recording always stops before the end....very frustrating......I'm using a 32 GB stick.....has anyone been successful here at recording?.......am I missing something here?.......any help would be appreciated.........thanks

I am unable to receive audio on a particular IPTV channel with my BuzzTV Essentals E1. After troubleshooting with the provider and testing a firestick unit (which does not have any issues), the provider believes that the single channel may have been muted inadvertently in some setting on the BuzzTV box. However, since we did not do this, I am contacting you to find out how to correct the audio setting for a single channel. I cannot contact the Tech Support by filling out the online form because of a buggy implementation of the human verification which only shows the top 2/3rd of the images and, more important, block out the submit button! have been trying for weeks to get my xrs 4900 to work and all i get is lots of buffering, mostly no sound. friend has had a cheap unit he has used for 4 years without problem, tried taking my unit to his house and it buffered right away. had a real computer engineer come here to play with it and he cant get it right either , thinks it is a software problem. what can i do?

I know for some of the other devices it's the reset button and then plugin power. I do not see a reset button for the E1. Thank you for any help in advance.

Unlocked Adult channels dont go back to lock state after exiting adult channels and back in. rebooting box relocks adults . This is very bad when we have small kids using box. How to fix this issues

Good Evening, I am having issues with all my E1 devices (4 of them) as it loads XC API Login it freezes has not done that before did a full reset re put info and still the same.

My e1 STB freezes and crashes if I check for available updates. It has done this since day one. No idea why. Also the Google Play app for downloading apps does not work properly. I can get into it be once there it will not let me access the left hand panel to navigate between Games/Apps/Movies & TV/Books. I have various subscriptions on it so going back to a factory reset would be a bit of a nightmare in re-instating everything from providers therefore I was hoping for another option.

I have an issue I have not been able to resolve around the e1 STB and HDMI inputs to Samsung smart TVs. I've been noticing that some movies on the vod have a choppy/jittery playback. Is this just an issue with the specific movie of is there a setting that can be changes to try and rectify it? The most recent movie is the matrix resurrection. Thats the most recent example.

just started using the E1 and having an issue. i am getting from time to time the buzztv app shutting down and asking to restart. Anyone else experience this and is there something I would change to stop this. Havent' been using for no more than a day.

Hi! I was wondering if people have been contacting you about e1 and e1 plus BUZZ boxes (not sure about E2) not being able to update firmware. I have been getting calls from customers saying the update notification pops up on their tv screen but firmware update will not complete if they press update. It there a way to slow down the cursor speed like the 4000 boxes

New here, did not find an E2 forum page. So I'll post here: I received my box today. My guide shows - No Information for all listings. I have the M3U/EPG set correctly (xml for EPG as well). I would like to use the built in BuzzTV app vs. 3rd party (which work!) or is it an option to set any app as default for remote? Ideas?

any updates on the new Essentials E2 being released?
