	Can I renumber my favorite channels on the essential E1+ like the X5?
</p>

<p>
	I have 2 X5 and I arranged the channels like I want them in favorites and checked user organized and they were all rearrange 
</p>

<p>
	but can I do the same with this box because the server has lots of channels and the one I picked are all over the place thus
</p>

<p>
	the fact that I'm using favorites, I really don't have much use for European channels.

	I am unable to receive audio on a particular IPTV channel with my BuzzTV Essentals E1.  After troubleshooting with the provider and testing a firestick unit (which does not have any issues), the provider believes that the single channel may have been muted inadvertently in some setting on the BuzzTV box.  However, since we did not do this, I am contacting you to find out how to correct the audio setting for a single channel.
</p>

<p>
	I cannot contact the Tech Support by filling out the online form because of a buggy implementation of the human verification which only shows the top 2/3rd of the images and, more important, block out the submit button! I have tried both Google Chrome and Firefox browsers and am shocked that the company implemented their support in such manner and did not provide any telephone contact.

	Also the Google Play app for downloading apps does not work properly. I can get into it be once there it will not let me access the left hand panel to navigate between Games/Apps/Movies &amp; TV/Books.

	I have various subscriptions on it so going back to a factory reset would be a bit of a nightmare in re-instating everything from providers therefore I was hoping for another option.

	I have an issue I have not been able to resolve around the e1 STB and HDMI inputs to Samsung smart TVs.
</p>

<p>
	I have various Samsung TVs with Samsung soundbars and plugging in the e1 creates a bit of a nightmare.
</p>

<p>
	The units I plug into the HDMI Ports are:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		4K provider box/receiver to HDMI 1
	</li>
	<li>
		Samsung BluRay to HDMI 2
	</li>
	<li>
		BuzzTV e1 to HDMI 3
	</li>
	<li>
		Samsung Soundbar to HDMI 4 (ARC)
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Keeping the soundbar plugged into HDMI 4 (ARC) is essential to have the soundbar work with everything connected into it.
</p>

<p>
	Problem is that as soon as the e1 STB is introduced into the configuration, one of two things happen:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		The soundbar switches to DIN mode where no sound comes out of the soundbar and will not allow the input source to be switched out to ARC or
	</li>
	<li>
		The soundbar switches to DIN mode and a message appears on the TV claiming that the soundbar is plugged into an HDMI port that does not support ARC. What???
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	This happens whether or not the e1 STB is powered on or off. The only way I have managed to get around this is to have the e1 unplugged from it's power source before turning the TV on and then plugging in the e1 STB once the TV is already on. This only happens when the e1 is connected and I have not been able to resolve this. It is not an issue with a specific TV as I have various Samsung TVs, different models/years and it does this with all of them.
