I frequent other forums and i have never seen a post about anyone losing favs and that would include hundreds of 4500s and 4000s Occasionally a unit is glitchy and buzz looks after those units Anyone if you dont want to do a reset thats your call Buzz wont be spending any time fixing any issues with the buzz 4 software Anyway i thought you only wanted to speak to buzz guys??

  11. That is the latest software.Mine works fine on half a dozen different services Running hard wired? Wifi? Have you confirmed it's not your service? Have you done a reset?

  21. The whole point was to see if there were any issues connecting from power off Three minutes ...lol I just powered on my 4000 and it was 1:03 from off to tv program playing

  23. No suspend is not off. Hold power button down and select power off or use settings
  24. if hard wired make sure wifi is off also try setting box to power off rather than standby and see what happens
  25. you have to reset your box to connect to server? A reboot wont work or menu ,refresh?
