ARQ 100

1. Press OK+VOD for 3s till LED light up 2. RCU enters Pairing Mode, keep the distance between the RCU and the USB dongle within 30cm, 3. insert the USB dongle into the device, 4. LED flash 3 times then turn off, means pairing succeed. The pairing mode will only last for 30s, please finish all the steps within the time limitation.

How to get a replacement dongle for ARQ 100 remote

I have a ARQ usb and a broken remote paired too.. is it possible to pair a different ARQ remote to the other usb ?

So I replaced my old remote with ARQ 100, and after a software update it reboot and went to the screen where it asks you to pair your remote for the first time. I tried everything to get it to pair but this remote does not want to. If this remote does NOT have blue tooth then this may be the reason why or if it does, maybe its a different keystroke to get it into pairing mode?

How can we configure volume up and down? Is it possible to configure them or it is a defect volume up and down doesn't work?

I have an ARQ-100 for my BuzzTV box, I used the instructions included in the box to program the Power button and Source button to control the TV. But I can't change the source of the TV... when I press the Source button on the ARQ-100, it changes the SELECTION of the source input of the TV (e.g. highlight the next input HDMI 2), but I still need to use the original TV remote to press the "Enter" button to select the source (e.g. to change-to HDMI 2). This means I still need to use the original TV remote to change the source. Is there any way I can use the ARQ-100 remote to press the "Enter" button for the TV so I can change the source? Or some other way to just use …

Hi. I got the Arq 100 remote today for use with the XRS 4900 today. I got the new version with the extra buttons. The buttons on the front side is working superb,also paired it with the TV without any problems. The problems I got with it is when I try to use the keyboard on the other side. If I try to search for a TV series inside the Buzztv 5 app and type the letter A I got the letters WA instead and if I try to delete the letters with the Del/X button,nothing happens. If I try to type the letter s I got se. Same happening inside Chrome and Kodi when I am typing. Any suggestions please?

I have 3 ARQ100s. I have a problem with two of them when pressing the OK key, it does a double OK-press. For example if I click on the letter 'r' , two r's appear. I have followed the 'pairing' procedure as outlined here. I have also tried a reset ( removing and replacing batteries). Does anyone else have this problem or am I the lucky one.

Have a new ARX100. No problem with pairing or programming of remote and functions as advertised. However batteries only seem to ast one day. I have tried lithium eveready energizer / Duracell Lithium / rechargeable of both same brands. Has anyone else experienced anything similar??

Is it possible to order a replacement dongle for the arq100 remote?

Got my new XRS4900. Was impressed with it I ordered a second one together with an 1TB SSD, Western Digital WD Green from Amazon. I was able to use the PVR function and recorded to the drive OK. For some reason, using the file browser, I could not write to it. Connected via the USB-C cable to my Windows desktop PC, also laptop I do not see the drive or the XRS4900 at all. I tried formatted the SATA drive both as internal system drive or external drive, but everytime I connected the XRS to my PC, that drive disappeared.
