Can someone please explain to me how to download the manual for the ARQ-100 manual? Thanks

The last firmware update seems to fix all the colored buttons but now when i get to the android keyboard to input text i can scroll around to the letters fine but my Ok button does not register. For example in Server settings to add a server: The keyboard will pop up like normal and pressing "ok" on a letter is actually like pressing enter to goto the next line. If i back out of the keyboard I cant get it to pop up again. The buzz keyboard searching VOD or live tv works fine. It is only with the android keyboard (server settings and apks)

I just got an ARQ100 for my XRS4000 box and a ton of buttons dont work. Colored buttons Live tv Vod TV series Guide Faves Is this normal or should I return it

Can not get it to program on off source yes but not on off? Any one else get it to work worked ok with my LG . Is it just not compatible? My remote is the one with keypad not 100% sure what #

I have ordered a few remotes from amazon the newer ARQ-100 remotes the guide button the live tv Vod etc not working also in different locations like the older ARQ-100 remote there a software update coming on the newer remote?! thanks

i have 2 XRS-4000 boxes and 2 ARQ-100 remotes. both 1-2 months old. one remote works great, no problems. 1 remote has buttons that don't work. the "live tv", "vod" and "pvr" buttons don't work on 1 box but do on the other. also, when trying to disconnect (yellow botton) from the server, the remote doesn't disconnect, but goes to the favorites screen. i would imagine the remote is bad so ordered another but does the same thing...works on 1 box but doesn't on the other. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark

guide buttom when pressed brings up info bar on tv ---anyone having this issue

Could be watching a video or whatever and the play/pause, home, mouse etc.... Just become unresponsive. I have to pull a battery to get those buttons to work again. Any thoughts?

All the other keys and the keyboard, and the air mouse, work properly on my ARQ-100, but the power button does nothing. I've tried entering "learning mode", but that hasn't done anything. Has anyone run into this and found a solution to get the power button to function on the ARQ-100...?

After having to do a reset of the 4500 box, the ARQ-100 mouse speeds about ten times the speed. It is also hard to position the mouse for a selection. what's the solution oh mighty gizzards ?? Robum

Every once in a while, some fonction stop responding, need to remove battery, plug it back and it work again, just wondering is this a software issue or physical problem, i'm using buzz xr4000, one of my friend having the same setup, buzz xr4000 and arq100 and he just mention to me yesterday that it happen sometimes, that is remote stop responding, i know there was a issue with the xpl3000, just wondering if it the same for xr4000

Hello, I bought the remote control arq100, I use it with the XRS4000 but the keyboard does not work in vod and serie, I type on the keys of the remote control but that does nothing. The keyboard works on google chrome or other application but does not work on Buzztv4. Do you have a solution please ? Thank you.

I have buzztv xpl 3000 carbon. My box came with remote ARQ100, the issue is no matter what button I press on remote, it does not do anything on buzz tv. The only button that works is green STB button. If I press it the unit will power off and power on. I have a harmony universal remote and that works perfectly fine to control the box. I have tried repairing the usb dongle using the procedure but I never get the 3 flashes of LED to confirm that pairing has succeeded. What am I doing wrong?

My remotes where working great then few months later both stop .They go on and off and my hot key to kodi works but thats it.Tried everything there is to do even the z and > but the fn wont light up ,Truly i can see two going bad at same time same day .I screw up putting 3000 fix on 3900 but all is good even after that the air mouse dont work .Tell me is there anything i can do or just trow them in trash.Oh and this is on 3900 box i screw up before .
