Can someone please explain to me how to download the manual for the ARQ-100 manual?

not sure what you were expecting but using the remote is pretty straight forward

the buttons are labelled

Just looking for a few answers. Such as why my power light flashes4 or 5 times each time I hit a function button. There are other questions as well, but I don't want to bother you with straight forward questions.

if it didn't flash then I would be concerned...lol

I would like to know, what kind of Hard Drive do I need for the Buzztv XRS4900 and where to buy the compatible Air Mouse for it?

Does anybody knows if with Air Mouse can I control the TV set, the Soundbar and the Buzztv XRS4900, and where can I get the Manual for it?

any 2.5 inch ssd/sata hard drive will work. 

I maybe wrong but it probably controls tv and 4900 only.
