2. RCU enters Pairing Mode, keep the distance between the RCU and the USB dongle within 30cm,
3. insert the USB dongle into the device,

4. LED flash 3 times then turn off, means pairing succeed.

The pairing mode will only last for 30s, please finish all the steps within the time limitation.

But I can't change the source of the TV... when I press the Source button on the ARQ-100, it changes the SELECTION of the source input of the TV (e.g. highlight the next input HDMI 2), but I still need to use the original TV remote to press the "Enter" button to select the source (e.g. to change-to HDMI 2). This means I still need to use the original TV remote to change the source. Is there any way I can use the ARQ-100 remote to press the "Enter" button for the TV so I can change the source? Or some other way to just use only the ARQ-100 to change the TV source?

1.Press and hold TV+OK for 3s till LED turn solid on and RCU enters learning mode

2.Press the key to be programmed on this RCU. LED begins blinking

3.Aim the TV RCU towards the front of this RCU(distance less than 3cm)Press the button on the TV RCU,if the STB RCU is programmed
correctly,the LED will flash 3 times then turn solid on

I got the Arq 100 remote today for use with the XRS 4900 today.

I got the new version with the extra buttons.

The buttons on the front side is working superb,also paired it with the TV without any problems.

The problems I got with it is when I try to use the keyboard on the other side.

If I try to search for a TV series inside the Buzztv 5 app and type the letter A I got  the letters WA instead and if I try to delete the letters with the Del/X button,nothing happens.

If I try to type the letter s I got se.

Same happening inside Chrome and Kodi when I am typing.

 

Any suggestions please?

I was able to use the PVR function and recorded to the drive OK. For some reason, using the file browser, I could not write to it.

Connected via the USB-C cable to my Windows desktop PC, also laptop I do not see the drive or the XRS4900 at all. I tried formatted the SATA drive both as internal system drive or external drive, but everytime I connected the XRS to my PC, that drive disappeared. I am very familiar with Android, having several android samsung phones and tablets and normally when you connect an android device to the pc, a box should pop up on the android device to ask whether you allow it to be charged or transfer data. I do not see anything from the XRS 4900. Maybe that is why I could not see it from my PC ?
