	So I replaced my old remote with ARQ 100, and after a software update it reboot and went to the screen where it asks you to pair your remote for the first time.  I tried everything to get it to pair but this remote does not want to.  If this remote does NOT have blue tooth then this may be the reason why or if it does, maybe its a different keystroke to get it into pairing mode?

	I have an ARQ-100  for my BuzzTV box, I used the instructions included in the box to program the Power button and Source button to control the TV.
</p>

<p>
	But I can't change the source of the TV... when I press the Source button on the ARQ-100, it changes the SELECTION of the source input of the TV (e.g. highlight the next input HDMI 2), but I still need to use the original TV remote to press the "Enter" button to select the source (e.g. to change-to HDMI 2). This means I still need to use the original TV remote to change the source. Is there any way I can use the ARQ-100 remote to press the "Enter" button for the TV so I can change the source? Or some other way to just use only the ARQ-100 to change the TV source?

	I got the Arq 100 remote today for use with the XRS 4900 today.

	I got the new version with the extra buttons.
</p>

	The buttons on the front side is working superb,also paired it with the TV without any problems.
</p>

<p>
	The problems I got with it is when I try to use the keyboard on the other side.
</p>

<p>
	If I try to search for a TV series inside the Buzztv 5 app and type the letter A I got  the letters WA instead and if I try to delete the letters with the Del/X button,nothing happens.
</p>

<p>
	If I try to type the letter s I got se.
</p>

<p>
	Same happening inside Chrome and Kodi when I am typing.
</p>

	I have 3  ARQ100s.  I have a problem with two of them when pressing the OK key, it does a double OK-press. For example if I click on the letter 'r' ,  two r's appear.  I have followed the 'pairing' procedure as outlined here. I have also tried a reset ( removing and replacing batteries). Does anyone else have this problem or am I the lucky one.

	Got my new XRS4900. Was impressed with it I ordered a second one together with an 1TB SSD, Western Digital WD Green from Amazon.

	I was able to use the PVR function and recorded to the drive OK. For some reason, using the file browser, I could not write to it.
</p>

	Connected via the USB-C cable to my Windows desktop PC, also laptop I do not see the drive or the XRS4900 at all. I tried formatted the SATA drive both as internal system drive or external drive, but everytime I connected the XRS to my PC, that drive disappeared. I am very familiar with Android, having several android samsung phones and tablets and normally when you connect an android device to the pc, a box should pop up on the android device to ask whether you allow it to be charged or transfer data. I do not see anything from the XRS 4900. Maybe that is why I could not see it from my PC ?
