If you had read the thread you would know there is an issue with some of the vidstick If your stick was part of that batch there is a delay Allaboutbuzz can confirm

If that was the case no one could record without issues More likely a buzz/server issue

never used or changed the buffer since i got the 4500

no, just make sure you are on default I have scheduled while recording from guide and manual scheduling many times no issues

I just did two recordings one on default and one on secondary player the default is fine the secondary player is out of sync

I also should ask if you formatted the drive

when watching tv full screen hit the menu on remote.configuration.video player

You are leaving the buzz unit on? Did you find where the media players were?

There are media players under menu configuration player Are you doing scheduled recording or recording from guide?

i dont know of any others that work I would post it if I did

What type of recording are you doing and what player are you using?
