I have 3 devices, and only the HD5 is studdering. The Other Formuler Pro and X5 are playing fine. This happened on at least a dozen other channels, I checked on the HD5. I have unplugged it and plugged it in again. Anyone know what could be the issue and how to fix it?

Why is all the apps I installed on my box not working no more

20240226_180536.mp4 Hi I have a BuzzTV HD5 32GB not loading the home page. It starts loading and gets stuck on the black screen with the Buzztv logo I have tried factory resetting by holding the reset button for 30 secs but it doesn't go to the recovery page. Is there any other way to factory reset this device.

Does the HD5 not support .der root files? I have tried to download one several times from sites. Each time, the file is converted to a .crt file. I uploaded a .der root file from another device, emailed it to myself and downloaded it. Only then did it show as a .der root file. However, when I attempt to import it, I get this error message: Value 0[diamond] of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject. I had no problems downloading or importing it on the X5. Thank you.

I got a few of the HD5 buzz tv boxes from a friend of mine. But he orders them by the hundreds... so buzz tv, made his software the way he wanted it with alot of extra stuff I dont need or use. Can you tell me were I can find an original firemware to make it an original box, please and thank you.

when live tv is selected the password entry screen appears. The default password when entered opens live tv. Where do I go to deactive the password option from coming up.

Received Box yesterday. Installed it. Unable to to connect to network. Even thought it see the network when applying network password. But will connect thru ethernet. Spent hours trying to figure out whats wrong. I also have X5gb and that running well. Your help is much appreciated.

Just wondering which one is better ? The 2 GB vs 4 GB ram memory ? Dont really care for the extra storage as will use strictly for iptv but just wondering if it's worth getting the extra 2gb ram. Will it be less laggy , less buffering? Thanks

Hello. I have issues with PVR recording, and not sure if it is the bug or it is supposed to be like this. I setup PVR recording to start in lets say 24 hours, and I turn off TV, don't want it to run for 24 hrs, but keep HD5 on. It seems that in a few seconds after TV is off HD5 goes to sleep mode, and the front LED goes off. I expect HD5 to wake up on time and start recording. However that doesn't happen. HD5 stays in sleep mode, and next day when I wake it up by pressing any button on remote, there is nothing recorded and I just see short message that scheduled recording deleted, which make sense cause it is already past its scheduled recording t…

Current running V20220919 My HD 5 now goes through the whole process when I turn it on. I am talking about the boot screen with graphics when it loads. I used to turn it off and when I turned it back on it would show the screen to choose Live TV and the other options. In the settings, the only options I see is to Restart or Shutdown. As I was playing with the HD5, I noticed one little glitch 🙂 Let's say you are in the "All Apps" screen, then select something like AppInstaller or FileBrowser and install an APK (or a few). When you exit APPInstaller or FileBrowser, the "All Apps" screen does not refresh to include any of the new programs that were installed. If you go back out to the HOME screen and go back into the "All Apps" screen, it is now refreshed and includes the newly installed apps. The same issue occurs when you are on the All Apps screen, select an installed app, and LONG press to get the context menu ("Add Shortcut & Uninstall"). Then select uninstall. It will uninstall …
