I have a BuzzTV HD5 32GB not loading the home page.

It starts loading and gets stuck on the black screen with the Buzztv logo

I have tried factory resetting by holding the reset button for 30 secs but it doesn't go to the recovery page.

Is there any other way to factory reset this device.

did you hold button and apply power?

disconnect power cable, hold down reset button, plug in power cable and keep holding until you see the recovery screen.

Yes I plugged out power, held down reset button, plugged in power cord but it start loading and got stuck at the black screen with the logo.

Held rest for 30secs no recovery screen.

Did it again holding the reset button for over 1 minute, stuck at black logo screen no recovery screen.

You should be able to feel the button being pushed in and out.

Yes NBS, I made sure it was depressed but recovery screen won't load
