How can I find Radio channels category .

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for providing the info , I had not used my xpl 3000 model for a while, so I decided to try it out and noticed that started an update by downloading it, but never gave me thumbs up finishing and installing it?! Am I missing a step that I am supposed to be doing to complete this process? Much Obliged

Hi, I have buzztv box XPL3000, my question is when I want to shutdown the device by pressing the power off button from my remote, it will shut down but then a couple seconds later, the device box will come on for no reason, so then on the second attempt I will shut down the device by pressing the power off button and this time it finally shut down. It happens every time I want to shit down the device, so why is it happening like that? Thank you.....Wil

Hi I have a xpl3000. I have like 4 of them. One of them is stuck in boot black screen with symbol. I have hard reset it like 10 times. I reload it all then when I go to punch in server number it crashes. I also try to power cycle then it goes to black screen again. It won't take the latest software its stuck. I have tried deleting the browser data. I have also tried to check for updates but nothing happens. It keeps on booting me out. Please help me. Thanks it is stuck on firmware from 2017. Thanks

The storage on my device is almost completely used. I would like to know if some content can be moved to a USB or SD? If so, what content can be moved, and how is this done?

Im a little new to these boxes. I have an XPL3000 and a XRS4000. Both are using the same server, so i cant imagine that's the issue. but when watching a movie that requires subtitles, i cannot get subtitles on the XPL3000. any idea what i can check to fix this?

My box kept running updates, and then message told me to reboot. Now the server isn't recognizing the device. The server company has re-initiated my subscription. Any ideas?

Hi, I've been going mad trying to fix this issue and hope someone here can help. I have a Buzz XPL3000. When we want to watch a tv show on VOD and lets say we want to watch multiple episodes or binge watch, the episodes are not going to the next one in order. So instead of going from episode 1 to 2 to 3....., they go backwards so if you were on episode 3 it goes to 2 then 1. It even says next episode will be ep 2 etc. (going backwards) I've tried every setting i could think of including all of the players, i've cleared cache, data of apps and even hard reset twice. Our box is on the version 2.0 (352) firmware. It used to work fine when we were using another sub …

Hey guys, I had few box that was not on auto update and it did and now all of them has no wifi, it will not show any list. all 4 of them are silver color Can anyone guide please. thanks

I am using BuzzTV build 347. Some channels say "Unknown stream format". When I switch to secondary player they say "media not supported". On new player I get the "stream is not available. Please try again later". Channels work fine on a friend's firestick set-up, same provider. Can you please advise? Tried a hard reset of the box and no go.

Hello, I have two boxes and one box has stbemu pro. On that for any movies or shows which are HD or 4K, it shows next to the Title. Buzz software does not do that. Is it possible to get that. It makes it so easy when it has that option.

Hi, When I plug in my box and begin to watch a live TV, there is no issue with the quality and stream speed. However, after about an hour or so, sometimes shorter - the live tv slows down and i need to unplug and plug in the power, and then the picture returns to normal. If I leave my box on for a couple of days, the picture is frozen when i get back to it and i need to reboot the box as above. Can anyone advise on what the issue is? And how to resolve this? had to reset the friends box and it says im on 1.6 I go to menu and check for update and it dose nothing. is there another way to get the update? thanks

I have a Apple TV+ subscription, but can not log on to my account on my Buzz TV device. I have tried various browsers, including chrome, firefox, and puffin. I am not sure if the DRM components do not function correctly because the device is not considered secure, or if apple is blocking the streams due to some other issue. It's frustrating that with a legitimate account, that I can't access the service. Is there a browser or app that will work? Thank you.

Channels show up fine, but channel info (i.e. what's playing) does not. My provider has an EPG link, but there is no where to put it in the BuzzTV menu. Any help?
