	I am trying to add another url to my list of servers and when I get to the url line I cannot get a keyboard to show up on screen so I can enter. In the past I did something that brought it up automatically just using the remote. Now I cannot get it to do anything. I clicked on Reset Info  and it cleared the info on the url that was there but I cannot enter anything. What am I doing wrong? I do not have an external keyboard  and I never had one but I could always do entry and now I cannot.  Pleasehelp

	I am attempting to export passwords from Edge to Chrome and/or view/copy passwords in Chrome to elsewhere, and the apps will not allow this without a screen lock set. I set one up, (by searching system settings bc its not in settings visibly) but I am still asked to set one, even if I turn off the device admin permission allowing apps to determine screen lock quality. Solutions are appreciated.

	guys, i have two issues.  hoping somebody can assist.  I've already factory reset the unit.

	1. After I enter the server URL and press connect, i get a msg saying "cannot get response from server".  However, when i click on the "back" button, all the channels start to populate as normal.

<p>
	This is happening every time i click on live TV... i need to press "back" in order for the channels to load.  
</p>

<p>
	2. Youtube is freezing from time to time.  Sometimes, it won't even load and just gets stuck on a black screen.

	I have a xpl3000 that all of a sudden buzz2 apk started (can not get response from server). I have tried the User/pass on another device which is fine. Did a pin reset and re-entered the info still will not connect. Now my friends at a different address is experiencing the same issue with his xpl3000. Anyone have an idea I can try, or is it no longer supported?

	I have a BussTV XP3000. It has started to act oddly. For the past few months, it has started to randomly reboot itself. It doesn't appear to be related to any particular app. After it reboots, it will continue to recover, however, after a while, it stops doing that and all I'm left with is a box with an orange and red led light sequence. It doesn't recover from this. If I unplug it, and shelve it for a few weeks or a month, and plug it back it, the box will work fine. Soon, it starts to demonstrate the same behaviour again.

	Thoughts? Sadly, I don't have the sales receipt any longer.

	Hi, I have a xpl3000 and recently its been giving me issues. It will become very slow, and unresponsive.  It wont select channels. Sometimes it will play the sounds of whatever channel it is on without issue but just a black screen.

	Everytime I do a factory reset it will run super nice without issues. But the next day it's rinse and repeat.
</p>

<p>
	Is my box on it's way out? I've done 3 factory resets in the last 3 days. 
</p>

	Note; its not a problem with my provider as immediately after the reset everything works fine.

	I have internet speed of 250 MPS downlad, and 20 MPS upload.   When I do speed test from my computer, tablet, I get 250 MPS, (exactly what I paying for)  However, on my Buzz TV  XPL 3000,  I am connected directly via wire, Ethernet.   When I do a speed test, I only get 90-100 MPS download.   Then I go to WiFii and I get about 120.

	My question is.....   why won't the speed test show 250 MPS download when I am connected thru wire (Ethernet connection)  I have also a brand new routher that supports 1 GB.   Any help would be great.   Thanks
