I own an E2 and lately have lost the favorite channels several times. I know that I can go into Settings and use "Backup & Restore" to save the box's configuration which I believe includes the favorites (?), but is there a way to backup only the favorite channel list? Is that list saved on the box perhaps as an XML file? Do the newer Buzztv box models allow backing up the favorite channels only? Thank you.

I have an end user who mentions that the led light on the front panel is black. A reboot of the box did not solve the problem. is there something in the menu settings to turn it off or on? thanks

Hi, my E2 can not find a saved network, yet it is not far away from the router. It is actually on the same floor as it. My 4900 does not have any problem m, even being on another floor Thanks

After the Buzztv logo, the box goes to the Android recovery screen. It says "Can't load Android system, your data may be corrupt". Factory reset doesn't help. Any ideas?

Is it possible to record a show without watching it while its recording? Every time i set something to record, it switches to the channel/program recording automatically but if I change the channel, the recording stops.

Unable to get into the settings to go and flash out the cache or data. Just in a loop. I have blue and green lights on the E2 box.

Hi Could anyone help me fix this persistent problem I am having with my E2 Max box. Live tv picture keeps randomly freezing no matter the settings I am using. What settings should I use? I am certainly missing something. I'm using wired ethernet on a 1.5 gbit internet connection.

User an issue right now, but with Two E2 Max boxes. Both boxes were purchased together (from Buzz), by me, for a two family members (one box used at each residence) about 15 months ago. Both stopped working two days apart with the same issue. Problem… red/blue intermittent flashing, both will not boot up. Hard reset didn’t work on either box. Power supply is 5v 2a, and working. Any ideas guys? I mean, what are the chances of two boxes, bought together. Going down with the same problem, 2 days apart, at two different residences? 15 months later? Astronomical!

I received 2 boxes yesterday one loaded great and works great. The other did the update and I loaded the info for the server it connected but will not download the channel list. Should I uninstall update and download and reinstall the operating program? Can this be done without any problems?

I have 3 buzz tv boxes side by side running on 3 separate tvs but when I change to a channel on one box it changes the others. I was wondering if there is any way of changing any code so the remotes will work separately?

Ever since 2-3 weeks weeks ago, my device has been experiencing slight lag on normal channels, i.e. it would just stop for a fraction of a second. On some channels, this lag accumulates, it gets choppier and I eventually get an Android prompt the app is not responding. I have also had this lag while in the menu itself, i.e. I just tried unplugging the ethernet and switch to Wi-Fi and the Settings would not respond (no change with the issue between WiFi and Ethernet btw). I thought maybe it was an issue with the provider but I got another provider and am basically experiencing the same kind of issues with the new provider on other channels. Hi all, I’m helping my brother with a Buzztv purchase and was wondering what type of RAM is used in the essentials E2 SE? Is it DDR4? I know it’s 4mb but can’t see any other info on the specs.

We have an E 2 SE , It is connected to Samsung Smart Tv . When I start both devices up the TV does not remember the buzz device , it remembers the computer and the other X 88 pro but not the Buzz box . I turn the Buzz box off after using it . is there anything we can or should do to address this issue? Thanks in advance

Hello, E2 with latest update iptv version .783 primary player dont play PPV Movies with papiaos server but works fine with backup player. if switch to backup player then TS dont work on other channels.

When we press power off the feed stops, screen goes blank. Box stays powered on. Did a factory reset 6 weeks ago then this started.

Cleared the cache did a reset still have the pop up Buzz5 not responding any ideas
