	I have an end user who mentions that the led light on the front panel is black.
</p>

<p>
	A reboot of the box did not solve the problem.
</p>

	is there something in the menu settings to turn it off or on?

	Could anyone help me fix this persistent problem I am having with my E2 Max box. Live tv picture keeps randomly freezing no matter the settings I am using. What settings should I use? I am certainly missing something. I'm using wired ethernet on a 1.5 gbit internet connection.

	User an issue right now, but with Two E2 Max boxes.
</p>

<p>
	Both boxes were purchased together (from Buzz), by me, for a two family members (one box used at each residence) about 15 months ago.<br />
	Both stopped working two days apart with the same issue.
</p>

<p>
	Problem… red/blue intermittent flashing, both will not boot up. Hard reset didn’t work on either box. Power supply is 5v 2a, and working. 
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas guys? I mean, what are the chances of two boxes, bought together. Going down with the same problem, 2 days apart, at two different residences? 15 months later?  Astronomical!

	  I received  2 boxes yesterday one loaded great and works great. The other did the update and I loaded the info for the server it connected but will not download the channel list. Should I uninstall update and download and reinstall the operating program? Can this be done without any problems?

	Ever since 2-3 weeks weeks ago, my device has been experiencing slight lag on normal channels, i.e. it would just stop for a fraction of a second. On some channels, this lag accumulates, it gets choppier and I eventually get an Android prompt the app is not responding. I have also had this lag while in the menu itself, i.e. I just tried unplugging the ethernet and switch to Wi-Fi and the Settings would not respond (no change with the issue between WiFi and Ethernet btw). I thought maybe it was an issue with the provider but I got another provider and am basically experiencing the same kind of issues with the new provider on other channels. My 50 megs DSL connection has not changed my hardware setup has not either, I just ran a speedtest and my speed is as advertised.

	We have an E 2 SE , It is connected to Samsung Smart Tv .  When I start both devices up the TV does not remember the buzz device , it remembers the computer and the other X 88 pro but not the Buzz box . I turn the Buzz box off after using it . is there anything we  can or should do to address this issue?

	Blessings to everyone i purchase an e2 box when connected it up to set it up the blue light comes up in the front so i know that the box is getting power but am getting no signal on the tv nothing is coming from the box to the tv and it's not the hdmi cable i try other hdmi cable and even try the box on other tv s and still no signal displaying  on every tv that i connect it to can someone tell me how to fix it or is there a fix to it am very frustrated please help.

	Anyone having issues coming back from Standby? I just get a spinning circle and no channels load. If I reboot the box and reconnect to the portal, all is fine.
</p>

<p>
	Another issue I noticed with 5.0 is the wildly uneven audio levels between channels. I basically have to constantly adjust the audio levels, one channel is a feint  whisper while another is way too loud.
