Is there a way to organize favorites like in buzztv5 by select and moving channels to a new position in the list. I don't see a menu item for it, or is it still being implemented in a future update?

I have it in buzz 5 section but not buzz 6. only thing listed is lock, sort, favorite, and search or is it located somewhere else. what am I missing.

I made 4 but now I cant anymore The yellow for Fav groups does nothing anymore

IN BuzzTV 6 EPG, map the CH+/CH- buttons to PGUP and PGDN like it is on the Channel list view, and on BuzzTV 5 🙂

I don't have Buzz tv6 but I hope to see the implementation of favorite categories, where you can create a favorite list of categories like how we have favorite channel list. 

Or the ability to "select all" channels in a category to add all to favorite list. 

Another one bringing back the preview screen on home screen. Like watching a channel, hit home screen and small screen remains in top right hand corner. 

Finally, for xc login with multiple connections, having a PIP feature or a split screen.

As DU mentioned, preview has been there from start, but it is on bottom right (which I think is better honestly).

For Favorite categories, why not just organize your categories, and bring your favorites to the top ?  And at the same time, just hide all the categories you don't care for ?  So I typically have my 2 or 3 favorites groups (which show on top by default), and then all the favorite categories sorted to the top just below my favorites categories.

 

 

When doing a search and you select vod as soon as you type in keyboard it defaults to live tv.

Would it be possible to allow it to stay in category you select?

Hello I wish if Buzz please Work or ad it for the next update so we can see the channel resolution in 720p or 1080p and the FPS (example 1080p 60fps or 720p 30fps or 60fps) I know you can see channel if it is HD or FHD put bust be nice if you ad the fps

We already have Fav Groups feature
You can access this when you're viewing the categories in the channel list.  By pressing the Yellow button.
We will look into adding a Select All option

 

The preview screen is there as well on the Home Screen. While you're watching Live TV, just press the Home button and you will see the preview screen in the bottom right corner.

 

We will be adding Multiple connections and Multi Screen feature later on.

Yes themes is on the road map

Detailed view wouldn't be hard to add, as its just the categories menu always open and able to navigate left to right with it still open.  We plan to add a lot of the missing configuration menu options from Buzz 5 onto 6 soon

One thing I noticed (not sure it it has always been like that), is that the CH+/CH- work fine in the Channel list view (actually they behave like PG+/PG- like they do in BuzzTV 5).  However when you go left to bring up the categories, you need to scroll through them one by one (CH+/CH- have no effect in the category list).  And if you press the actual PG+/PG- on the remote, then the list does scroll up/down by a page at a time, but nothing is selected, so when you try to then use the DPAD, it selects the next/previous category of where you were.

Also, same when you are in the EPG view, you need to scroll through one at a time.  In this case, even PG+/PG- have no effect.

If you can eventually enable the CH+/CH- shortcuts to behave as PG+/PG- in the category list and EPG views/menus.

Also noticed that the PIN entry is a little "different" 🙂 .  On BuzzTV 5, if you select a locked channel, you get the Pin ENTRY and you can enter it directly on the remote (ex: 0000), and press OK, and it would accept it as end of input and unlock the channel.  On BuzzTV 6, if you get a PIN entry, the keyboard auto pops up, and you can enter 0000 as an example directly on the remote, but if you then press OK, it will register as having selected the "1" button which is on the top left of the on screen keyboard.  You would have to hit the back button to get rid of the onscreen keyboard (and even then, not enough, because if you hit OK, it brings the keyboard back up).  One you get rid of the keyboard, then you have to hit down on the dpad, "twice for some reason", to select the "unlock" button.

Will take a look. We do have the ch +/- on a to do list on our Dev tool to make work on the places you mentioned already. Just haven't had time to get to it yet 

I think we will remove the keyboard pop up on the locked channel. One of our sellers recommended it. But it doesn't really make sense. 

my wishes for buzz6 are If we could save favs,servers and settings onto a usb 

Also I noticed that you used to switch servers in bottom menu It either changed in an update or after I added my 3 server

What else is there to do when you are in boring meetings, listening to management yap about a bunch of BS .  3 screens dedicated to my work Laptop/PC, and the 4th screens dedicated to buzz boxes 🙂  And I have added the buzz boxes to a 3 way HDMI video switcher to be able to compare.
