BuzzTV 5 beta

can anyone provide any instructions on changing the recording Location when using Buzz5 beta to a networked NAS drive on my computer so I can use my storage on my desktop Hard Drive and then link it to Plex, I only get the option to use Interanal Storage or connected USB device, so "SMB" setup option to link my desktop ISP network. Is there a way? Thanks

anyone else have a wishlist for future update feature to make the channel info bar take a little less space on the screen when changing channels, as well as make it a little more trasparent, in order to see some of the channel content, mine seems to be complete pitch black, just ideas to get a better visual apealling look for BuzzTV 5, as good as it may already be,

Is there any way to delete a channel from the Last Channwl History list? I sometimes go to a channel to check it out, and I no longer wish to keep it on the History list, seems to me you can only clean the entire history list, instead of individual channels.

hope someone can help with what I'm doing wrong! All my PVR Recordings are showing on my front page with picture and details but recording times are all 00:00:00 in duration. I've tried recording to both the internal shared storage, and a SanDisk USB drive, and get same result. I have been unable to record anything at all since the Buzz5beta update on my Buzz 4500XRS Any suggestions?

Any plans in future updates to have a universal search function across two or more IP server EPG's? Would be nice to just have the function to find all channels your subrcibe too on one search instead of having to go back and forth and change the server setting. and also and developer plans to be able to search for SHOWs and Movies in the EPG instead of just the channels?

I've been using Buzz5 Beta on my 4500, like to improvements to being able to show channel favorites in my preffered order, but why can't you be able to re-arrange the channels in the EPG catagaroite the same prefered way? Why not be able to manually re-arrange the channels instead of being restrictef to "alphabettically" and "numerically" only. Would be nice to have the feature of re-ordering any list to any way we'd prefer. Just a suggestion, what do you all think? thanks

Hi all. Can anyone tell me how to set up VLC as the default player for VOD. In configuration I see a choice for external player. In Buzz Utilities I see "no default specified", but I can't find the menu to set up VLC default. Thanks

Having lots of issues after updating to buzz5 on xrs4500. Slow channel change,stream not found, keep throwing me at home page etc. Tried both default and internal player. Is there a way to go back to buzztv4?

Xrs4500 buzztv 5... How do you add background wallpaper to Home screen ??

Unless I am missing something, Buzz4 was easier to work with than Beta5, in terms of picking episodes. With 5, there are a bunch or horizontal episode icons which are not labelled. If you want episode 4, for example, you start at current and count backwards as you move. The only alternative that I see is a small blue box showing episode # - so small that it is not readable unless you are standing right in front of the TV. There is a lot of real estate available and hopefully the blue box can be larger in the future

Hi guys, was just wondering if there is a feature in the Buzz5 beta where I can catogarize the favorites on the home page onto different strips, as an example, one line can have all my "News" favorites, and the next line can be all "Sports" instead of having all the favorites mixed on the one line, thank you

Have a 4500 max just did the beta 5 update. Update seems to be fine so far but playback of YouTube vanced and iptv services are darker than usual. Can this be fixed . Open to suggestions thx

Hi all, This morning I bit the bullet & installed Beta on my XRS4500. All looks good except for one thing . Live TV is fine withe easier to read screens. With VOD I see all icons for the shows, including favourites. However when I go to play I get a blank screen with no sound. Buzz thinks it is playing because when I revese out it asks if I want to continue playing. I have seen some other references to changing VOD player, but I can't find where that is in the Buzz box. I have to fix this before wife finds out.

I have been trying to download VOD movies on the new buzz TV 5 app on the 4500 . The movies will download but they are downloading very very slowly, how can I speed that up?
