My U5 box programs will not stop blinking, unplugged hdmi wire reboot still continues to blink.

Hello, when I click on my series there is no play button to start the series

can not get into settings u5 just gets buzz loggo on screen

Hello, I am trying to use my PC which is on the same network and connected to my U5 by the network cable. U5 has HDD attached to it, no problem seeing it and playing files off it. Now i am trying to access the same BuzzTV USB HDD but from my PC. Is it possible and if so what would be the easiest way to do that ?

I just got my u5 it came with a hard drive I installed it but it’s now showing up in storage what do I do now?

Hi i see posts in the U5 area regarding issues and firmware. When I go to but on buzztv.com it’s not mentioned or available? If I go to buzztvglobal.com it is available head scratcher!

Recently upgraded by buzz , not after the update , the remote does not power on the device, everything else works ????

Is there a setting to stop the box from opening a server and not have the box automatically start playing a channel? I would like it to be blank until I click on the channel I want.

Any one else knows how to get the xrs 4900 remote to put on the device from an off position ?

How can I factory reset my U5? I do not want this to control my TV! When I put it to suspend upon power off it never goes off, light just stays blue never turns red! As of right now I am VERY disappointed in this box, Paid $260.00 for it and it doesn't work near as good as my 4500 boxes. I am now trying to do a scheduled recording that should start box and record then after recording the box should shut off, if this function doesn't work this box will go back!

What is the 3m protective for in the u5 kit

The channel time info on the bottom of the screen won't go away like it used to. The one that says how much longer the show runs. Any ideas. Thanks
