BT350 not programming with Insignia remote
Just so anyone reading this post knows, I found something else that might stop you from programming your remote. I bought another Insignia TV and was trying to program the volume buttons into my BT350 remote. They would not program, so I checked with my camera and seen when I pushed the volume buttons I was not getting the light out of the Insignia remote. I did some more research and came upon a post saying to change batteries even if you think the batteries are good. Sure enough I put newer batteries in and checked with my camera and now I was getting the light coming out of my Insignia remote when I pushed the volume buttons. I then programmed the volume buttons from my Insignia remote to my BT350 remote without any problem.

Volume control not working
Has anyone found a solution for this problem? I am having the same problem with my Power Station and the BT500 remote. The BT500 remote will not raise or lower the volume on my Power Station.

X5 will not sign into new Google account
Not if the play store doesn't allow you to download the app to your computer so you can put it on a flash drive.

Buzz b5 boxes issue
Make VERY VERY sure you have the portal typed in perfectly! MANY MANY times when I typed the portal in I missed a letter, or had a space where there should not be a space, or something simple like that.

Unable to load portal
If you have a backup with your old URL, Username and password you could still use that one. All you would have to do is edit that backup once restored, with your new URL, username and password. That way if you had all your channels backed up in your old backup all your channels and favorite channels would be restored. I just went through this with one of my servers that changed to a new URL.

While I was typing I noticed Emporium beat me to this answer. lol "That is why before I have any problems it is always a good Idea to make a backup of a good working system on a small flash drive. That way if you ever need to hard rest your box you will have all your server and channel setting to restore."

BT350 not programming with Insignia remote
Emporium you are the BEST!! Ok what I found out. When I checked the volume buttons with my camera (as you suggested) they were not putting a signal out. I found out this remote goes to sleep after some time, and the only way it wakes it up again is if you hit the power button that turns the TV on. Once the remote is awaken and only then, will it send a signal from the other buttons on the remote. Once I found this out it was very easy to program the BT350 to use the other buttons from the Insignia Fire TV remote. Buy the way I did have it setup as you suggested ( If programming does not work, another option for you would be to change your buzz box to disable "max volume" and that way the main volume buttons on the b350 would allow the buzz box to output a variable audio level. So you can then set your TV volume to something like 60% or 70%, and then the buzz box would output a variable level and when it is at max, it would represent the level you set on your TV.) I just wanted a way I could also control the TV volume just in case I would for some reason need to raise or lower the TV volume. Thank you once again for your superb help Emporium, I can ALWAYS depend on you!!

BT350 not programming with Insignia remote
My BT350 remote will not program with my Insignia Fire TV remote. I hold down the tv and source button on my Bt350 remote and get the solid red light. I push the volume up button on my BT350 and get the blinking red light. I point the two remotes together within 1" or less between them. I hold down on the volume up button on my Fire TV remote but never receive a solid red light on the BT350 to indicate it was programed. Am I doing something wrong?

Does the U5 have Multi Server Connection Support, like the Power Station and the Linux Player has?

Pasting URL from computer to U5
The only thing I was not doing is not disconnecting for my VPN. Once I disconnected for my VPN it worked like a charm! Thanks again Emporium!

Pasting URL from computer to U5
I thought I seen something on here where you could use your computer to enter a URL on your U5 box. I did all kinds of searches and cannot find anything on it. Could someone please explain to me how to do this or am I just imagining I seen this somewhere?
