even rebooted from recovery screen and still stuck on logo

after several reboots I am still stuck on buzztv logo

turned one button record back on and recording fails if I change channels with it off I can not only change channels but I can change servers

unplug power push a pin in reset hole and hold down apply power and when recovery screen comes up you can remove pin
