Classic / Classic Anniversary

I recorded a program and when finished I opened it and started watching it. Every time I click on the fast forward button the program starts over at the beginning. It does it on the screen "FF" button and the remote "FF" button.

The guide will not show programs. I have refreshed it and updated it and all but not showing programs in the guide. Didn't have this problem with my other app I used. Please help,

Buzz Tv 5 will only record the channel I'm watching. Is this supposed to be this way? If I change the channel the recording stops. Also, I set it to record at a certain time on a channel and it only recorded a few minutes of a 3 hour program. Not good. I'm new to this Tv Box and so far I'm not impressed.

Does the Classic 5 have ARF settings? Keep getting a annoying Frame Rate Notification, and I would like to turn that Off, if possible. Thank you, Mark7

After the April 3 update, when I switch off the TV, my box turns off at some random time (blue light turns to red) and I am unable to turn it back on with the remote. The only solution is for me to manually take out and put the power cord back into the box which reboots the device. This happens once or twice a day. Prior to the upgrade, my box would always stay on (blue light on). I have set the Remote Power Key action to "Put device to sleep" instead of "Power off device" but that has not worked. Any suggestions on how I can address this problem?

Just opened up my The classic few hours ago. As usual very nice packaging and really beautiful state of the art device comes with BT-250 remote control, USB type C power supply, 2x AA energizer batteries, HDMI cable, and setup/help card. Box has two little blue and green LEDs in the front whenever is ON and turns red when box is OFF. After quick setup (self explanatory) box detected an update which took around 10-11 minutes to download, install. I have tried installing several different versions of Peacock on this device but I don't get properly directed to the Peacock web pages during 1st app launch after install to complete setup for this particular device. Do I need a particular apk to use on this device I recently purchased ( BuzzTV Classic 64GB Launch Edition × 1 ). I have also tried to make sure my device was up to date where possible since it is newly out of the box. Any advice ? Thanks, Dave
