	I used IMPlayer to download tv show from catchup mode in the app (it's the first i know that does that and it's really cool!).
</p>

<p>
	Anyway, file is stored on Internal Shared =&gt; /Android/media/com.myiptvonline.implayer/
</p>

<p>
	But I cannot move/copy to any other place as it seems it's related to permission. Implayer has permission, as well as X-Plore but I always have errors like:
</p>

<p>
	Failed writing to file (path to destination folder): open failed : EACCES (permission denied) 
</p>

<p>
	or when copying file
</p>

<p>
	Failed writing to file (path to destination folder): close failed: Operation not permitted EPERM (operation not permitted)
</p>

<p>
	 
</p>

	It does the same thing if i want to move file...
</p>

<p>
	Is it related to buzztv box or implayer app?
</p>

<p>
	How to manage to get theses files out of the box?

		m3u is working without problem but for a month now (it worked for almost a year), xc api refuse to load.
	</p>

	<p>
		I checked with my provider. He gave me another url and suddenly it worked.. for 10 sec.! When I left app then get back, same error!
	</p>

			Tried with / without vpn / change vpn city
		</li>
		<li>
			it's working with other apps (Tivimate / Implayer)
		</li>
		<li>
			it worked for almost a year then stop working recently (app update?)
		</li>
		<li>
			Cleared data / cache
		</li>
	</ul>

		So it definitively comes form the app/box, not my provider
	</p>

	<p>
		Any ideas?

	One channel out of the many that I watch on the buzz anniversary box does not have any sound.  I have to use backup on live tv to get sound.  Then the reception quality goes away as it starts freezing, going black, then restarts.  It does this about every minute to few minutes and lasts for about 10 seconds before picture comes back.

	This is probably something which I hope can be fixed through some setting.
</p>

<p>
	- On my previous TV, an old 2018 Sony, the screen would blink 2-3 times rapidly after initial boot as if it was synching with the TV and then all would be fine.
</p>

<p>
	- On my new  Samsung S84F, if the box is turned on after the TV is turned, the screen will  constantly intermittently blink (about every 30-45 seconds or so) and go dark for a second (it actually seems to impacting the data as well since video will start over the last 2-3 seconds like you sometime get with a problematic channel) . It sometimes goes completely off synch before getting the main menu screen and the TV no longer sees the box as and HDMI input. If I make sure the Classic is on prior to turning on the TV, it generally is fine.
</p>

<p>
	I tried playing around with the video settings and disabling all HDMI CEC options, this did not seem to have any impact. I go through an HDMI switch and my HW800 soundbar, I am not sure this plays any role in this since this was fine with the previous TV and has not changed.

	This started I would say 3-4 months ago around the time of some FW updates. Basically:
</p>

	- I power on the unit. It connects to the IPTV portal and all seems Kosher. Except I have no video, the screen is black no matter which channel is displayed. If I try PVR videos  on the unit, they also do not display any image.
</p>

<p>
	- I turn off the unit and I power it back on. It comes back. All is well, video comes through with no issues.
</p>

<p>
	This does not happen every day, perhaps once a week or once every other week.
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas/steps to troubleshoot?
</p>

	I have been having trouble connecting to Google Play on my Classic Anniversary box. When I go into the app it says "no internet connection, try again" and my internet connection is fine. I was told from other sources that when this happens, to uninstall updates. This worked when it happened on my P6, but not on my Classic Anniversary box. I was then told to clear cache and data, which I did, both of which still have no effect on the problem. I don't know what else to do. Because of this I'm having some trouble also with a few other apps downloaded from Google Play as well and I can't fix them because I can't get into the Playstore.

	Hello everyone, I'm having a connection problem with my Classic Anniversary box. I get the message, "Unable to load portal: not supported." I contacted my IPTV provider, and they gave me two new URLs, but unfortunately, it didn't work. They changed my connection, username, and password, but that didn't change anything; I still get the same message. I've reset my Classic box, both my routers, and my modem. I updated the firmware for my Classic box 15 days ago. The result is still the same message. Is one or more settings on my Classic box misconfigured? There are so many possibilities that I'm completely lost. I need help. Please help me!

	My Classic Ann. Ed.  does not go back to previous channel when the return button is pressed, it goes to the EPG ( half the screen will be the EPG and the other half the current program being watched) .  I have reloaded from my provider and rebooted numerous times which does not help.

	I also have a 4900 and a couple of 4500 boxes which always go back to the previous channel. 
</p>

	Any suggestions as to what might be the issues?

	My buddy already had a few buzz boxes and last one he got was was a Buzz Classic.  He asked me which one I would recommend this time around (since we wants to retire his old xpl3000 - which had a good run - and still runs), so I recommended the new Buzz Classic Anniversary edition, since he already like his original Buzz Classic.
</p>

<p>
	Well he got it this morning and decided to start configuring it.  I guided him through backing up his servers/favorites from his original Classic and restoring on his new box and all went smooth.  
</p>

<p>
	However, when he tried to launch youtube, he got the same message another user was getting on his B5 recently.
</p>

<p>
	Youtube is not supported on this device.
</p>

<p>

	I don't have the Classic "Anniversary edition", even though I recommend it always to friends, but would someone who has an Anniversary edition please check the above version numbers and tell me if yours match ?  And if Youtube works ?

	I have told him to try a factory reset (since it is brand new and has not done any customizing on it yet), but just curious what versions others are running, and if it works.

	things Ive already tried:   rebooting router and box (waited for 30 seconds  plugged back in)  deleted portal and reset it up    changed the player (but with nothin to play not sure thats the problem and it didnt work)  updated box and app    Ive gone through all settings  do not see one to sync data or setup vod/tv series

			Recordings can be scheduled and appear in the PVR schedule list. Also enabled one touch recording but same result.

			When the recording time comes, no actual file is saved, nothing appears in the recordings list and nothing in storage.

			Plenty of space available (54 GB free), also tried with an external usb, and reformatted another one and configured it as part of the internal storage. Same issue.

			I have a X5 SS as well and it seems to be functioning fine there. I also thought it was a server/provider issue but I tried a public m3u list that should have no blocks and it still did not work.

	I got a classic 5 box and wanted to install SurfShark Vpn as my ISP gives me trouble. I've installed on Formuler Z8 and Z11 and it works like a charm.

	However, when I wanted to install it on classic 5 (way more recent than Formuler Z8!), Google Play says it's not available for it!!!
</p>

	May be I'm wrong but classic 5 is not an android box? How come it's not supported?

	Does anyone have a way to install it (like with apk or something else?). I have licence and all!

	When I turn off my TV using my TV remote, it changes the channel on my STB. Even when I turn off my TV using the button on the TV, it changes the channel on my STB.

	This being the case, I cant start a recording and go to bed because I know shutting off my TV will stop the recording and change the channel on my STB. The only workaround that I've found, and it's not a good one, is to leave my TV on all night.
