learn to answer questions and provide more info now gfys

look at the first thread in this section what firmware version does it show? that's the last public update

read what he asked it's not hard

how about you answer nbs.?

that's strange are the apps compatible?

are you sure you aren't looking at total space? cause if you are that doesn't mean it's available click on internal storage to see how much you've used

I have no connection issues with any model

you just joined but already blame support did you submit a ticket? the dev's have access to many services so they can test it themselves

so before you learn how to use the box you blame the box for your problems you can change stream format in configuration I have no issues with vod on several servers

did you try a different stream format?

above you will see a downloads tab click on that and select 4900 grab the file and follow instructions

when in recovery screen are you selecting wipe data? are you using the power adapter that came with it? cause the 4900 uses 12 v

pin reset

mine is opposite

you need that firmware to get updates

click on downloads tab above

if you have buzztv 5 you can

by the way my buttons work for the apps I assigned to them

are you on home screen when you press a coloured button?

it's set up the same as a lot of other models doesn't need a buzz5 section since it came with it just like the 4900 if anything the buzztv 5 section should be removed since no one posts model being used or version...lol

do you browse the internet or download?

https://stbtalk.com/index.php?/forum/95-x5/ if there wasn't then how did you find this section?

ummmm this is the how to section

and once set up properly you don't need the IR window 😉

a tiny piece of tape will do the same
