Hello everyone, I just purchased a VPV subscription as my ISP seems to be throttling my connection when I use the IPTV on my P6. I need to use split tunneling because some applications I use cannot be routed through the VPN. I am having a hard time figuring out which app in the list needs to be routed through the VPN for my IPTV to work properly. Do I just add Buzz TV 6, or do I have to include other apps that seem to be part of the software? Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I am currently using my IPTV service with Buzz TV 6. As with most IPTV services, the EPG is hit-or-miss. I purchased a subscription to "My Top EPG" service to improve the IPTV guide data. The EPG links provided by my-top-epg are provided in pairs. One link for North American channels and one link for Global channels. I am encountering an issue finding a way to add multiple EPG links in the Buzz TV 6 interface. It does display one spot, but I need a second spot to add the link for Global EPG. Does anyone know how to add two EPG links to the service server within the B6 app? Thank you in advance!

Somehow I managed to delete the netflix app that came loaded on my P6. What version in the google store will work on the P6? I have tried a number however they do not work.

I think this is related to resolution but its not an issue in live tv. White line top of screen on all vod/TV series. Using 3 servers, all the same. Any ideas?

I keeping having an issue, where I have to crank up volume (using a buzz remote) to hear, but then when I switch to other devices my audio is now blasting for those?? I'm assuming there is volume output for the box. Thank you in advance for your help!

Every 10-15 minutes the video flashes for a second on my P6. This happens whether I use my IPTV service or stream from any app. I have tested my signal and connection and all is fine. I have done restarts and unplugged the device, nothing fixes the problem. Is there anything else that can be done?

The epg guide for live TV is not updating. I have the same stream/server on the iptv"s own app and it updating fine. Help?

I just got the BuzzTV powerstation 6 a few days ago, and I cannot get it to pass through Dolby Atmos at best if I go in and manually check it, I can get it to do Dolby audio unknown sources that should work and do work on my shield and Apple TV. I do have certified 48GBPS cables and I’ve had no issues before. All the boxes are checked for everything that I’ve researched online and that I know from years of experience and still know Atmospass through. Called support and they were a joke. Looks like I might return the box. Any help would be awesome and I’d be very grateful for it. Also, this thing seems to take its time loading most things and I have gigabyte Internet.

Whenever I use Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital+, Dolby TrueHD, or Dolby Atmos passthrough, the sound briefly cuts out whenever I press any button on the remote (for example, when showing “Info” about the current video, adjusting volume, or opening any on-screen display). I would like to use my AVR (Denon/Marantz) to decode the audio formats directly, but these constant dropouts make Atmos and other passthrough formats unusable. Noticed when I lost internet connection the "home" tab on the home screen does not populate. It just shows the spiral icon in the center of the screen, however, all other tabs populate.

How do you know your TV is old? My TV still has a great pic its a 15 y/o Samsung. Ive been having issues with sound, some programs sound very loud, some soft, others no sound! Ive read some suggestions here-in and have made changes. The one I'm stuck on is TV sound settings... i dont see decode options. As recomended by some info this forum. Do you think its time to buy a new TV?

Hello, I had to restore from my backup file. My Custom Groups were not included in the backup/restore file. Custom Groups reside above the Categories and enable you to add channels from multiple servers--my Custom Group was cross-server, I didn't attempt for 1 particular server. I did click the button to include the settings in the backup and to include them in the restore, but Custom Groups don't seem to be included in the backup set. Maybe next release. Thanks!

Hello, my Buzz TV 6 app closes or times out. I cannot find any settings within the app that controls this. I did turnoff the BuzzTV PS 6 power features and screensavers. The box does not shutdown, there are no app error messages. The stream simply halts and then I'm back to the default desktop looking at my app icons. When I click the remote's white Buzz button (above the navigation circle) it immediately begins streaming the live tv channel that I was previously viewing. Suggestions? Hello, I have a new BuzzTV Powerstation 6. Running the Buzztv Smart Remote app. It says current Firmware "--". When I click on Update Control Software it shows that Version 7.0 BT-500 Firmware 2024-08-29 is available for installation. I cannot click the Install button using the remote's navigation buttons or mouse pointer. I tried rebooting, force stop apps, clear data of the remote app, tried another remove, and deactivated all of the apps allowed to run in foreground. Button is not clickable. Hello everyone, I am having a very strange problem with my Powerstation box. When I enter my IPTV credentials into the Buzz TV 5 app, live TV and VOD work fine. When I enter the credentials into the server settings section from the home page (Buzz TV 6), it adds the server and indicates "connected" in green. When I select live TV, the screen that indicates "Loading TV Channels" tries to load for 3 or 4 seconds and then closes and returns me to the page with the server credentials and connected in green. Live TV won't load. I tried my backup service, and strangely, it works in Buzz TV 6. Why my primary service works flawlessly with Buzz TV 5 and not 6 is very bizarre.…
