January 19, 20206 yr Clients? They are staff at sites and use the remote that came with box for the most part I am also a beta tester at another site and this issue did not come up once Like I said I was surprised
January 19, 20206 yr I was using my wifi 5G connection and was told to use the wifi 2.4G and the problem went away. For some reason the remote control does not like the 5G connection. Regards
January 19, 20206 yr I’m hardwired and WiFi is disabled but still experiencing this issue. Artronix remote for BuzzTV works flawlessly.

January 21, 20206 yr Author So I went ahead and bought the arq-100 and Im impressed with the performance ,but is expensive and bulky.
January 22, 20206 yr I've been using the ARQ-100 for a week and it works perfectly which is great and all, but we shouldn't have to replace a brand new remote with a brand new remote at our expense.

January 22, 20206 yr I´ve been using my Buzztv box since October and i´m experiencing the same problems of having to press buttons a couple of times before anything happens.. I´d also prefer any solution rather than having to buy a new remote..

I want to buy few more for friends and want to make sure they don’t complain about the remote. With this remote, I’m finally 100% happy with my BuzzTV XRS4000! 👍
