January 5, 20206 yr I am also having issues with EPG not populating. EPG does show up on android but through the apk so I'm not sure weather this is a problem with the XRS4000 or the provider

Press Menu and Select Exit, 2. Select Live and let it load and check your Channels and EPG. if all good then working, if not then your Livetv provider can check in to it.
January 19, 20206 yr you can also hit menu .configuration,clear epg I have 4 servers and no issues with epg on any of them unless its on server end
