All is okay. Got it working.

I am having problems re-pairing my BT-400 remote with my X-5 receiver. I hold down the OK and Home buttons until the red light flashes, but then get nothing. I cannot get into the menus. I have changed the batteries.

Yes, that does occur. I found that the "OK" button on my Vizio remote is changing the channel on my BuzzTV receiver.

When I change the TV input ,from my BuzzTV X5 to something else like satellite or OTA antenna, then go back to the X5 input , the channel always changes from where I left it. Usually jumps 1-3 channels. Is this a software or hardware problem. It does it on all servers.

My BT400 remote light is set to be on but it does not light up. Only 1 week old. Battery is at 89%. What could the problem be?
