November 27, 2025Nov 27 Hello all. My x5 ax has not seen this update. I have V 202409918, dated Sept 23 2024. I have tried multiple times with no response. Also when I ask for check for firmware updates for my BT-400 remote for this box it shows V 07 and a popup states "error occurred when checking for new firmware" check again later. Any suggestions?

Just got an update/answer from cs@buzztv to share here is their answer, "Hello yes we have to stop this update from going out for now as there was some issues so no need to worry we will be sending out the other version soon" I hope it is helpful and thanks again for the help.

March 22Mar 22 Please disregard my questions in prior post. I did a bunch of reading and actually found hints to get to the area using the category > menu > settings radio button while in/on live tv. Again thank you for your patience!
