Yes using the cable that came with it. No external drive. It's not an HDMI issue. Whole box just keeps rebooting itself.

Hdmi straight into tv. Already tried changing it to different settings.

Reset box and still having latency in audio. Its happening even in files playing locally on the box. Really disappointed in the box. This is getting really annoying.

Have been having an issue with extreme audio latency in everything (IPTV, buzz tv app, YouTube, CatMouse). I have factory reset box and with only one app running, still getting latency. Short HDMI cable, hardwired it into the box and still getting latency. Only thing left to try is a hard reset, but can’t find any reset holes. Am I missing it?
