  1. I do know how to do a hard reset. However I am trying to avoid having to setup the box again.
  2. Oops. I did not do a hard reset. I did a reboot.
  3. Everything was working perfectly before the update now: The remote is very slow to respond. The unit is difficult to turn off. When I turn the unit on it reboots back through Buzz flash screen to the home screen every time.
  4. Ever since the update my Buzz XRS4500 will not turn off. I have unpaired and repaired the remote however the searching for accessories just keeps searching it never turns off.
  5. Thanks for the advice. I tried the suggestion but it did not work for me either. Hopefully there will be a fix with a new firmware update.
  6. I have a new XRS4500. I have been trying to set the screen resolution to auto switch to best resolution. When I am in advanced settings-Display-screen resolution and I try to set the switch to auto the screen of the XRS goes blank and I have to turn the unit off and back on to get the picture back. When I check to see if the resolution is set to auto it is not. How do I do this?
