February 17, 20233 yr Ticket # 65683. xrs4500 i did everything factory reset +server+internet changed cable it cuts and go. i sent few clips and you guys asked to send it in for repairs. please advise. Thanks
February 17, 20233 yr IF they asked you to sent it in for repairs, did you ? Have you tried with another service, to ensure it is not your service ? I assume you tested using an ethernet cable (and not WiFi only) ? Have you tried using a VPN to ensure it is not your ISP that is throttling IPTV ?
