I'm getting a error while installing the new software. once I download the software, the box restart itself and goes into software installation but then I get a error and it just restart.

Do a reset then try

If you have a lot of apps use the backup/restore function

If wifi try hardwired

I had the same issue and allaboutbuzz had to change update servers

PM him your device ID

Hi thanks for your help, and your quick answer !! 🙂

finally I chose the option "wait" when I have the error message. I do it a few time and after a moment the update is well download.

So the installation is in progress 👍

And yes I do it with wifi so it works
