Just purchased brand new XR 4000, when I pass all the settings, there is an message : device not authorize, please advice:

MAC:D07658C00383

you should not post your mac addy

The update server might be off

any help?  have the same issue with a brand new xrs 4000  out of the box . Bought mine from Amazon.

 Must have rebooted 20+ times... tried both 2.4 and 5ghz wifi.....  also did a factory reset then tried again a few times with no luck.

I am still getting the "device not authorized" prompt and restart..

please help!
