Mute button

I have a Buzz Classis anniversary with a BT-350 remote.

Right now, the volume up/down, and the Mute buttons on the BT-350 no longer work.

They did work initially, but somewhere in the setups of customizations , the volume and Mute buttons no longer work

Do you have HDMI CEC turned on ?  If so, try turning it off.  

Do you have a "force max volume" setting turned on ?  If so, turn it off.

Have you tried unpairing the remote and see if you use it in IR only if it works any better ?

1 Emporium was  RIGHT. Removing the MAX Volume setting restored the volume adjustments !!

2 Still need to get the MUTE button working.

learn it from tv remote or soundbar remote

mute button is now working also after the settings chabge from Emporium !

All is well...
