Volume up/down buttons not working

I have a Buzz Classic Anniversary box with a  BT-350 Remote.

My Volume up and down buttons are not working. 

Help getting my volume adjustment buttons working...

there's 2 volume buttons

you've tried both?

To be honest, the lower volume buttons were working at one time, but somewhere in my setup

and customization, the volume buttons stopped working. The SAME thing with the Mute button. MUTE was working at one time, but now it is not.

Do you have HDMI CEC turned on ?  If so, try turning it off.

Have you tried unpairing the remote and see if you use it in IR only if it works any better ?

I solved the problem of why it worked earlier, but not now.

I had set a Volume setting to 'make volume to max'. That made adjustments unusable. 

When I removed that setting, volume adjustments retuned.
