Shuts off

I received the box on April 14th I installed one provider that i watch 95%of the time, did updates added VPV then plugged USB fan to box for cooling that i have for all box's and connected USB box with SSD in it set as external storage, I watched the rest of the day and worked fine.

The second day i added 2 more clients and when i found how the three clients work it was wow really nice, I switched between all three for awhile it was neat, I finally went back to my main client and a couple hours later it turned off  thought okay i was bouncing all over the place no big deal restated cleared cache cleared background apps unplugged from back and everything worked fine again for about 4 hours then shut down this time i unplugged the fan and the USB drive reset router cleared cache background apps unplugged from back restarted worked good for rest of day and the next.

The next two days it turned off once each day I had stayed on my main provider not moving around on any other provider, so again I reset router everything like before, then i tried switching to another provider and just watching that one still shut off, so it has been every one to two days it works then shuts down, the only thing i have plugged back in is the USB fanit doesn't change anything.

The only thing i haven't done is a factory reset that i am starting to think about doing maybe tomorrow

I should also say that my X5, my 4900 and e2 se none of them have this problem

When you say "shuts down", are you talking about the box physically powering down (losing power), or the buzztv 6 app shutting down and force closing ?

You sure your fan and external usb drive are not drawing too much power from the USB ports ?  Don't forget, that this box is only fed by a basic 5V 2A power supply, so don't expect huge current being available from the USB ports.

I loaded 5 servers using restore and no problems so I doubt that's causing it

The box turns off goes to red on front of box 

I had everything unplugged for 5 days didn't change anything  still turned off

This happened to me with one server a few times but hasn't happened in a while

I just did a factory reset and putting all my info and app back now

see what happens

UPDATE

okay so last Friday i did a factory reset only put my main server in worked well the rest of the day with nothing extra plugged into box

Saturday i watched with just the one sever all stayed good

Sunday i added a second sever 3 hours later box turned off turned everything on home page off, 4 hours later the box turned off again

Now one of the the things i like in live tv was press ok go left a couple times and it brings up all the servers loaded ready to go, i finally figured out how to stop that in server settings disabled all of them then unplugged internet server plugged  plugged it back in cleared cache cleared background apps unplugged box plugged back in 

So now when i want to watch live tv it i click on live tv and it takes to server settings and i have to pick a service to watch, for two days that worked good

then one day i wanted to watch one of the other servers i clicked on it and thought nothing  about it, two hours later box turned off started box back up went to server setting both servers where active disabled one watched the other server, worked good for over a day

yesterday i received a trial put it in and started watching again forgot about other server 3 hours later box turned off turned box back on 4 hours later turned off

Today I only have one server on and has worked without shutting off

with this happening i have rest router cleared cache and back ground apps lots of times

Don't know what to try anymore

I have all mine set to auto connect and on startup it goes to last one used

Thats the way i had it twice and it keeps shutting off when i have it like that
