no sound on 1 channel

One channel out of the many that I watch on the buzz anniversary box does not have any sound.  I have to use backup on live tv to get sound.  Then the reception quality goes away as it starts freezing, going black, then restarts.  It does this about every minute to few minutes and lasts for about 10 seconds before picture comes back.

Sounds like a server issue to me

Sound like server is using a non-supported encoding on that one channel, and unit is probably trying to pass-thru for decoding to downstream device.

Try the following:  From Home screen, Settings (Gear icon)->Device preferences->Display and Sound->Advance sound settings->Select formats (and select "none: never use surround sound").   And see if that helps.

subtitles, audio, and aspect ratio.  Audio shows blue dot for English, stereo, 0.38 something.  Cutoff,  can't see it.
