Emporium Posted April 16 Posted April 16 The integrated BuzzTV software is designed for IPTV which by nature would need internet connection. Except as du mentioned above, you can play saved recording/downloads. Guess you can also install a 3rd party software like Plex, Jellyfin or even just use VLC and browse a local NAS or other local storage (USB or network) to play local media. Quote

Emporium Posted April 16 Posted April 16 Is this the INITIAL power up ? I am pretty sure the FIRST power up you do need to connect it to the internet for it to download it's latest updates and install some remote apps. But after the first boot, it does not "NEED" the network. 1 Quote
