What do I need to do to get mutiple connections?  Do I setup multiple portals?

That depends on your provider .

Usually requires a xc api connection.

All the ones I look at seem to say 1 connection per login/device but I read others saying you need multiple connections per login/device. 

Can someone tell me a provide that offers multiple connections per login/device?

• A service which can be installed and used on multiple devices ? 
• Or a device which can simultaneously connect and consolidate channels from multiple services into a single playlist ?
