BuzzTV x5 128ai on projector with using hotspot with my Samsung A53 cellphone and have no sound on application Amazon Prime video also on my local Bellaliant fiber tv. 

Can't control sound with my BuzzTV remote. It all ask pleased use tv remote control

Sorry but I  have BuzzTV XR4000 / XRS4000 OEM Universal IR Remote Control and I can't find the location to change this settings please help 

look in hdmi-cec settings

I see that but I don't see set it to control tv volume

Sorry but I think we do not have same settings. See my settings video 

maybe cause I'm using my ss and not ai right now...lol

I can't check my ai until tomorrow

I lent it my neighbour while he waits for his new box and he worx until 3am

Can you try going to  Settings->Device Preferences->Display & Sound->Advanced sound settings->Select Formats, and set it to "None: Never use surround sound"

And then try again.

my neighbour said when that happens he uses the remote to control volume
