Cannot load server: Not supported

Featured Replies

Since the new update, 5.0.893 one of my servers refuses to load.

I keep getting message above. Checked with provider, and the person taking care of my account has no issue.

I've rebooted even done a factory reset. Just won't load. Any suggestions?

MAC or XC type login ?

If it is MAC, ask them to at least do a MAC reset on your account.

They did a reset, and gave me another URL, nothing works. My other server works fine.

Yes they can (at a few different levels).

Do you have access to a VPN service to see if it works if you enable a VPN ?

How about answering questions that have been asked?

NBS I did answers

Provider gave another URL doesn't work.

I reset MAC, the person I bought from is able to use my subscription on his internet, but I can't on my own internet.

That's why I'm wondering if my internet provider is blocking my URL.

And we are assuming you are using a MAC sub ?

Keep in mind that IF the person you bought it from, tested the service on his box, odds are he will need to do another reset, since the server probably married your sub to his device_id 🙂  Many servers lock into not only the MAC, but also to DEVICE_ID.

Or answered about another device (it's been answered now)

Type the url your service gave you in the address bar on your computer
