it's possible you may have one that will not update ota and it needs to be updated manually do you have a micro sd card?

they both come with 2 volume controls one for box and other for the source volume you want to use

get a bt-200 or 250 remote

turn the mouse off

you don't use the mouse to change channels either press guide button or channel up/down buttons or ok button to open up category and press page up/down buttons or channel up/down buttons or after pressing ok button press left arrow button to change the category
