Yes I tried both hard reset (1986) and factory reset within the app. I’ll reach out to customer service like you suggested

It’s just really strange. I have other L1’s that I’ve update without any issues, it’s just this particular one that won’t update

I left the L1 on for the last 22 hours and I’m still unable to update from version 20260612152000. I get the message that a new firmware version 20260813 is available. I click confirm, says it’s loading update list, completes that and gives the option to reboot to install. After I click reboot to install it reboots but still shows the old firmware. I even clicked remind me later but it never updated

I’ve been stuck on the June 18th firmware. I tried hard resets, factory resets, etc but it doesn’t update. Just tried to newest update which downloads and then says to reboot which I do but after it reboots it’s still on the June 18th firmware. Also will not update the app.

Timeshift no longer works on my Powerstation. I have performed a factory reset, uninstalled my ssd and still no timeshift. It was working great before the last update.

I had the same issue with screen blacking out and going back to home screen. I did a factory reset and issue no longer happens
