I’m having this issue on 4 Buzz B5 boxes in my house.. all are saying; ==cannot load EPG == My other buzz boxes on the same servers are fine, but these B5’s all are doing the same thing.. just started a week ago. I have factory reset, clear cache, clear EPG, change MAC address… nothing works

I’m having the same exact problem. I did the update. It went through the entire process, then upon reboot it’s just stuck on the Buzztv logo. Did the soft and hard reset like 10x each. Nope the logo still staring at me

I have the XRS4000 and VOD doesn’t work with two different services... my sister bought the XR 4000 (no S) and both services works with VOD on hers.. gotta be something different with each box.. thought it was just the memory! So frustrated... I had high expectations. Any help is appreciated.
