I think it is buzz server i have 2x e2 connected same time 1 with lan and the other on Wi Fi . I wish they just post last updated version of firmware to download instead of 4 years old.

Post your current firmware and software. I don't know I am on initial setup on new box. Also what model do you have? E2

very close . yes I do . I don't know what is the issue but trick to connect bt remote on this box (e2) is keep trying and when the box is pairing click and cancel pairing quickly click to pair again it will connected.

update on new box taking forever with Wi-Fi and lan with 500+ mb speed internet

Buzz tv e2 finds the bt250 it goes into pairing mode and get the message couldn't pair and then shows bt250 mac numbers. any help?

I am sure buzz have some kind of backup Just hoping for People at Buzz find little time from there buzzy schedule for me.

Reset yes few times from recovery

Hi thanks for replying sorry for long delay. I am stuck with quite a few Mate1 boxes for that is the my main reason to have a original firmware on hand . I had one but I can't located anymore. one box keep popping up "Bluetooth share keeps stopping" Another one is stuck on red light front of the box and tv doesn't detect please help me finding the any firmware whichever will work with Mate I "boomerang" Thankks

Where can I download firmware for Mate1 ?

This had happened to me on xr4000 toothpick reset worked. I beleive the problem was for me but not 100% sure that I have change in power setting from sleep to shut down when pressing the power button.
