Buzz tv e2 finds the bt250 it goes into pairing mode and get the message couldn't pair and then shows bt250 mac numbers. any help?

    very close . yes I do . I don't know what is the issue but trick to connect bt remote on this box (e2) is keep trying and when the box is pairing click and cancel pairing quickly click to pair again it will connected.
