Had my box for 2 weeks now been trying to do a backup today but its not doing it tried 2 different usb sticks and a sd card I let it run for 50 mins but no joy.

Can anybody get theirs to backup if so how??

I have done a backup before no issues I'll pull mine out this afternoon and try again

Be patient it takes A LOT LONGER to do a backup then it takes to do a restore. (usually about an hour to do a backup)

What size SD card or USB flash drive are you trying to use?

SD card i've tried are 4gb and 32gb ,USB flash drive 8gb and 16gb 

What the best file system to use when formatting  sd cards and USB flash drives?

Yes that did the trick 1 hour 10 min 2.4gb used on the 4gb  sd card.

I would no use anything smaller then the 32gb for the backup.
